What is an affiliate program?

How are my affiliate transactions tracked?
When you signup for our affiliate program, you receive a unique Affiliate ID to be used with links from your website, blog or even emails. When someone clicks on these links, a tracking cookie is placed on their computer. Is the IRS notified of my commissions?
As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own tax situation. In most cases, we are also required by law to report commission payments to the IRS.
